MyPotsTracker is a symptom and health tracking app designed to help you log symptoms, hydration, and health notes over time. It can help you spot patterns, better understand your day-to-day health, and prepare more useful information for medical appointments.
As a progressive web app, MyPotsTracker works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and can be accessed directly from your browser—no app download is required.
What MyPotsTracker is NOT
MyPotsTracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. It does not replace a doctor, specialist, or other qualified healthcare professional, and it does not monitor, detect, or alert users to medical emergencies or urgent health conditions. Always discuss any health concerns or changes in symptoms with a licensed healthcare provider.
Tracking symptoms in MyPotsTracker is simple and flexible. After signing in, you can add a symptom entry by selecting Log Symptom from the Quick Actions section. Then, select a symptom you’re experiencing from a prepopulated list or create your own if you are using a qualifying subscription.
Next, log details such as severity, time of day, and any notes you want to include. Last, save the symptom and refer to it when needed.
The app securely saves your entries and displays them in charts and summaries, allowing you to view patterns and changes over time. This information helps you organize your personal observations and supports your conversations with your healthcare provider.
MyPotsTracker does not interpret symptoms, provide medical advice, or alert you to medical concerns. If you experience new, worsening, or concerning symptoms, you should contact a qualified healthcare professional.
